Soho Hair Group & Day Spa

I have been a loyal customer at SOHO Salon for over a decade. I have had many different stylists, a couple not so good haircuts as well as some great cuts. I have really short hair and sharp angles to it, so once my hair is dry I need the stylist to flat iron the 2 side sections of my hair to make sure the angle is precise. The whole process takes approximately15-30 seconds of ironing. Last visit I was told by my stylist if she even takes out the flat iron I now have to pay an additional $15.00 on top of the $55 charge. I was so angry that is what the Owner would do to his customers let alone his long time customers. Each situation should be accessed individually.So disappointed in this greed. My option was to pay or go home to see if my hair came out even and have to come back to the salon if it did not (having small children I have to get a sitter for). My choice...find a new salon. This was such poor customer service. Not the stylists fault though.

Christine at SoHo is great! She is pretty new and is a great addition to SoHo! She is an excellent stylist and colorist and won't let you leave unhappy! She listens to what you want and has some ideas and suggestions of her own. One of her best talents is corrections. ... She has been doing my hair and my friends' hair for years and we want no one else! We have been spoiled. One of the truly nice people in the world. Love her.

Cool looking place, but found everyone that worked in there snobbish and full of themselves. I felt they were trying to be intimidating. I won't be visiting again.

I just had my first visit here and had color and my haircut with Heather, who said has been there for a long time. My hair color is a little lighter than I thought but everyone loves it and I am really happy with my haircut. I would reccomend Soho to anyone especially Heather.

This salon is not just seriously cool, but they take their profession very seriously. I was listened to, offered all kinds of ideas and then left with the best look my hair ever looked in my life. I didn't think my hair could do this. Faithful ever since.

I loved the cut and color I got when I went to SOHO. The colorist was great as was the stylist. I almost had a stroke when I got my bill, tho. I actually walked back to ask if the total was right. I then asked for a price list. The girl at the desk told me that my TOUCH UP color will be $85!! I have it done every six weeks. Loved it, but Manhattan prices, when it aint manhattan. Sorry, won't be back.

very cool salon. It's totally worth $55 to have a cut that looks good for over 8 weeks!

I drive from Glastonbury to get here and totally think it's worth it!! I have super thick,course hair-very intimidating for a stylist, but every time I walk out of there I feel like a movie star!!!

I received a Gift Certificate for a Day of Beauty I was a little apprehensive at first because the salon downstairs was so busy. I went upstairs to the spa and it was like another world. Relaxing I had one of the best facials ever the massage was to die for, they served wine if you would like. I wish I could do it once a week .

The staff was generally friendly but they were too much in a rush (especially for the price). Great atmosphere but that doesn't make my nails look good...a patient hand does....I found that elsewhere.
