        The exam records & staff has relocated to Eye Q of CNY. Their new office is in the Mens Wearhouse Plaza on Commercial Drive in New Hartford, NY.

        Rescheduled my appointment 3 times

        Sears repair service rescheduled my appointment 3 times, by the third time I decided to cancel. I was afraid they will cancel again and wait another month. Also, they don't give you an specific time, they say they'll come between 8am and 5pm. So for three days I waited all day for nothing.
