        Horrible service. Only cares ...

        Horrible service. Only cares about selling you hearing aids then after that you are on your own. Likes to talk a lot about himself and waste your time.

        Not even an audiologist or board certified, makes you wonder what else they lie about.

        I read these other reiews. they must be for some other Action Ear. i went to the Seneca Turnpike one and saw Robert Bishton. Highly skilled Audiologist and yes, quite certified. sold me only what i needed or wanted, and very supportive throughout this past year. Everyone appreciates that my hearing has improved, and best of all I LOVE the bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone. It makes talking on the cell phone VERY clear amd hands free :)

        I work here. It's a very happy and friendly work environment. The staff really cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to help the clients understand their hearing loss. This office tries to help everyone - regardless of insurance coverage. There is no co pay- exam fee or hidden charges. I am proud to be part of such a great team.

        Absolutely the best service. all you could ask for. I walked away knowing exactly what I was getting and why. they were very patient with me. you could tell they wanted to make sure i was comfortable and happy. I got free batteries & extra warranties - AND I can go back for adjustments at any time 2-3 years or a week down the road and it will be free of charge. I really appreciate this company and will be recomending them to everyone. Sincerely Judy conners
