we live at 1505 indigo dr Conroe tx and ever since the people that live in the 1500 block of Winchester put in a small culvert on the corner of carlisles and Winchester it backs up the water in are yard and flowed the arobic system. if you do not make him put in the right size culvert in you can pay for the repairs on our arobic system. we have live here going on 15 or so years and have not had a problem until the too small culvert was put in. I was also told that you are aware of this and did nothing.
