BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! He has DECEITFUL PRACTICES!!! I only gave a star BC i Had to to leave a rating! He STEALS YOUR TRUST AND MONEY AND DOES A POOR JOB!! He told me a price of $1500. Then after he got my car in his possession; He says he fixed things that didnt need fixed then he told me its now going to be $5000!!! But never call to let me know until he had supposedly done stuff I NEVER agreed to!! And would not show me any old parts!!! VERY SHADY!!!Then told me he will keep my car if I dont pay! He and his wife secretary will lie to get you in there and BEWARE!!! Very sneaky snake and under handed! He and his worthless lying slob mechanic also wrecked my car and put a crease and scrape all the way down the left side!!!They also damaged the paint with battery acid all over the hood and body. And the tire lug nuts were completely loose and the tire fell off on the way home!!!!!!! BEWARE NEVER GO THERE HE LIES!!!! A TRUE NIGHTMARE!!
Am going to try and sue him! Just more money and stress for me to spend BC he is a bad person! He should be closed down for good!
FYI BEWARE of the lies! The other so called good reviews are from his wife and workers also!

I'm Warning Others Please DON'T take your vehicle to Jerry's.
IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I'm not the only one that this has happened to. There was another person a while ago that had the same thing happen to him.

VEHICLE OWNER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Mr. Jerry has done some repairs on my car. He even replace my engine by my request instead of spending more money on several issues. In another occasion my car would not start so I took it to Mr. Jerry and as soon as I got back home they called me saying that my car was ready. It was some hoses that my husband had changed but we're not back in place property. He has always been honest and does the repairs fast only after calling first when facing a major repair. His quotes are always many times lower than what the dealer charge. God bless Mr. Jerry, his family, personnel, and his business. They have truly been a blessing to our family.

Well I, a "female" as if that matters. Brought in my truck to get a new belt put on. It was simple enough they did it right out front no BS.So when a few months later I had an odd experience which lead me to a dodge dealership. They proceeded to tell me my entire front wnd needes replaced at a very high $. So I took my truck up to jerry, I needed an opinion from someone I trusted. Seeing as I couldn't replicate the issue. He pulled it in and got to it. A few min later come out and says it's fine. Literally only a tad wiggle in a left outer tie rod. He sends me on my way and refuses to take money for the look over. As an out of towner, you get screwed over often. Well maybe that is my luck. This place is the only place I have ever trusted a mechanic even slightly.

I have been going to Jerry's for more than 10 years.

This is a small family run business with skilled mechanics performing quality car care with your well being in mind. They have never repaired anything that didn't need repair. Their rates are within the industry standard.. Jerry will work with customers, but not support a sub-standard r repair request, especially where safety is relevant. They have always been honest to me and my family on price and time schedule. Through the years, I have spoken to many of his customers, many are like me and are repeat customers. I don't judge what may have happened to the persons with the bad reviews, but it was me reading those that compelled me to write this (my first review ever), as Jerry deserves much better

I'm a lawyer from Dallas who spent a week in Montgomery county. I had them replace all shocks. On a second trip they replaced all the brakes and rotors. I'm scheduling a third trip to help restore my 2002 diesel excursion. They've done good work at a fair price.

It made me give a star he does not deserve! The other 5 star ratings are fake from the receptionist I heard!

Jerrys Garage is a LIAR&THIEF! Very Shady!! All the people there will lie to your face! Jerry tried to keep my car too! We had agreed on $650 & he said it would be done tomorrow. After 5 days I tried calling again & again, and when I went to get my car; he told me $1900 DOLLARS! Or he said he has the right to keep the car! He said he had to repair & replace several things, But never gave me 1 PHONE CALL!! And he refused to show me any old parts he supposedly replaced! I got my car back and nothing was done!! I am now SUING him! Complete Ripoff!! DON'T GO THERE unless you want to be SCAMMED!

A very friendly place with reasonable rates. I will definitely return to have auto work done. They also have a comfortable waiting room for jobs that don't take long. Very friendly and professional receptionist. Try them, you'll like then!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DIESEL REPAIR SHOP. ALTHOUGH WE HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THE PART TO BE DELIVERED, IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO GET IT INSTALLED AND BACK ON THE ROAD. WE ALSO HAD OUR CRUISE CONTROL CHECKED AND JERRY SAID HE WOULD CHECK AROUND FOR A REBUILT ONE WHICH WOULD SAVE US A LOT OF MONEY. THEIR WAITING AREA WAS COMFORTABLE WITH PLENTY OF READING MATERIAL, EVEN FOR CHILDREN, FREE COFFEE AND SNAKS AND SODAS AVAILABLE FROM THE VENDING MACHINES. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE WITH WHICH TO DEAL.
