I wish I could put 0 stars. I have been waiting on Maria to call me about my new wheelchair for weeks. The struggled to find my info. Worst customer service ever. The man running the retail business is a jerk. No remorse for failing completely. I will find someone who wants to do business.

My doctor's office faxed them over my paperwork weeks ago. I show up with another copy in my hand (just in case) and they still say they needed 3 or 4 days to process. Ok, it's yet another 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from them. Finally, I call and they say they can't read the lab report. Really? In 3 weeks you couldn't call to tell me this? Bad service.

They tried to bill me after insurance paid in full. Payment was not posted on account. Now I find that they are billing on insurance for dates and items I haven't ordered. I am sorry I ever got involved with them.

They say they fix all items u buy from them. Liers. I gave them all information about the wheelchair. I needed new brakes for husbands wheelchair. Never heard back from them. I called 2/3 times a week. Going online to order from company. U guy's r in business to help people with disabilities. Mayb u better get out of that business.

They loss all paperwork submitted and told us there where no records of patients

Crazy!!!! Very unhappy

Avoid this company like the plague! This outfit is arrogant and not responsive to the needs of the patient. If lucky, you MAY get mediocre service.
