        Dr. Beito received his Bachelor of Science degree from Alma College in Michigan. After graduating from medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, he completed a surgical residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas where he served as chief resident. Dr. Beito is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He was a past clinical instructor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Beito has special interest in surgical reconstruction of the foot and was a co­designer of the Trilliant "2 Step" implant used in correction of hammertoe/clawtoe deformities. He also is experienced in treating chifctsen's clubfoot deformities and has mastered the art of general non-surgical foot care.

        Fungus and deformed toe nail

        First visit to see podiatrist about my decades-old ugly big toe nail. I thought I would just have it removed since I had tried "the latest" = laser treatments over the last few years and no luck. Met Dr. Beito and he immediately began to shave it, trim it and all the while was personable, explaining the options, what gets results and what doesn't and what the next steps would be. He was so professional and so easy to talk with; I was totally aware of what needed to be done. He also helped me through the process of getting the right (low cost) medicine, the timeline, and the % possibility of success. And I won't see him for a year! He had my health in mind, not my pocketbook. Overall, was treated well by staff. Very nice digs. Happy place to finally get my toe well.
