Super Care

I have found the entire staff of SupraCare New Boston to be excellent!! Never had the physician to call me personally to check on health situation!!!! That is as close to a house call as it gets. Thank you Dixie Robinson, Trey Pirkey, Tammy, Chancy & all the others. It's is great to have medical care close to home.

These people are very rude and unprofessional, trey pirkey calls himself a "dr" when he is really just a nurse, they are only interested in taking poor folks money and dont are about helping people at all, shameful.

I liked the customer service and the nurses were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Trey was very informative and got me feeling better! He takes great care of my parents! I highly recommend this clinic!

I have used Trey Pirkey for myself and my family for 4 years. I have never been disappointed. He is very concerned and has great bedside manners. He listens intently to your concerns and addresses them with the most informative information that he has available. He is very educated (just finished his Doctorate Program with Vanderbilty University) and very compassionate about his patients and their health. His office staff are the friendliest people and go out of their way to help in any situation. The facility is always clean and smells GREAT!! Give him a try and see for yourself. Other people's opinions are not always truth.

I am a responsible adult, not a child. I was told I had to sign the form agreeing to be charged if I cancel my appt. less than 24 hours in advance. I told the receptionst I would call with as much notice as possible, but I would not agree to those terms. I was told I would not be seen. Go to healthcare express.

Dr Trey was so rude to me. He said i was lazy and morbidly obese and that i needed to lose weight and stop eating so much. Ok i understand. Then he got more rude by telling me its my fault i have RA, and that i just need to walk and i would feel better. By now im bawling my eyes out and he kept on at me for thirty minutes. I was crying so hard i couldnt breathe. The woman he was training just kept handing me tissues and never said a word. Finally he let me leave the room and i had to go to the bathroom to compose myself enough to face to waiting room. I have many medical problems and the medicine they keep giving me is why i packed on so much weight!! Its hard to exercise when every inch of your body is in pain from RA and other health problems!!
