STAY AWAY!!!!!! We have really liked our Hygienist and the dentist however we are totally FED UP with the billing, the lack of their ability to get it right. We tried for several years, but I don't think a person need to do a spread sheet to make sure that you are being billed correctly. here is an example---I had my appointment in July and it wasn't billed to my insurance until October, and in between, I got a threatening letter for non-payment. This is not the first time and they have done this with other members of my family.

Please do a predetermination with your insurance company before treatment begins. They tricked me into a procedure called "Perio scaling", which was not required and insurance company denied paying costing out of pocket.



They cared only about doing more procedures and billing me.



The procedures are very expensive compared to other dentists in the area.

I did have a few issues when the clinic first switched locations with billing, however the current staff has been very helpful. Dr Bauer is wonderful. I had a terrible dental experience before coming to this clinic and they have really helped me feel comfortable.
