        I HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE TRADING IN GOLD AND DIAMONDS TO ANOTHER LOCAL JEWELER. NOT THE CASE AT YATES! THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WILL BE USING THEM AS MY ONLY JEWELER IN THE FUTURE.
