I hit a deer Sept 2012, They fixed my car, 2007 Volkswagon Jetta, and did extra work (dings from previous "mistakes") on time & on budget! I was very pleased to see my car looking great and shiny when i picked it up! The only reason they r not a 10 is my husband noticed the replaced hood still had dings & is not sitting exactly right. This was part of the insured repairs and I blame Nationwide because they do not pay for much on the repairs, forcing shops to use used parts. I am looking to switch insurance providers but I will use Woodcock again.



There is also some alignment issues on a fender they replaced, not part of the insured repairs, noticible to guy-eyes. If u are that meticulous, then know that they promise to make any issue right. If my husband keeps naggin' I may take them up on that. I did pay extra for the non insured repairs, but at a good discount. My husband's friend said the fender alignment is tricky due to the airbag placement and i should have taken it to Volkswagon to fix, from jump. For now, I do not drive it much because I hurt my leg. I am just very happy with how they kept me informed, better than my insurance adjuster and waited 25 mins. past closing for me to pick up my car, amongst all the other things listed. A very good place with fast friendly service that does good work.
