        There has to be more to the story below than what we are reading. Tommy James and his employees are the nicest and most helpful of any company around.

        Don't go there unless you want...

        Don't go there unless you want to be cheated! They are $15.00/unit higher than the competition on freeon. They overcharge every way they can. We were without airconditioning for 2 weeks and the part was available in Tyler....they could have had the part in 1 day. They filled the leaky unit with freeon and charged a fortune when they could have put one unit in to find the leak. They will try to get you to purchase a service agreement......another rip off. We called to complain to Tommy,the owner, who would not even talk to us. If the owner is afraid to talk to an unhappy customer, there is a problem with the company!
