University Tree Service

I have never been motivated to write a review before, but this guy is beyond belief. I paid to have the work done in cash but he failed to do so. No reply on the phone and no reply to the Better Bus Bureau. He doesn't seem to care. Now I have to sue him. Stay away

We went through some bad experiences with this company. All he wants is money, he's not organized. When he finished the job he did not haul away the branches and abandoned us with a yard full of tree limbs. We had to call the city and pay them to haul away this guys' unfinished work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear from this horrible company.

When I first contacted University Tree Service out for a free estimate, they were right on time, and I like punctuality. The price I was quoted, I considered to be more than fair, after receiving other quotes from other companies. The gentlemen that came out was very professional, and pointed things out to me that were important such as limbs over my house and weight distribution of the tree. Since this is not my profession, I had not even considered these things, but in summary I was very pleased with the performance. They were a great group of guys and did a very nice cleanup. I could hardly tell they had been there. They were very considerate of my landscaping and took care of my plants and other trees. I will definately use them for all of my tree needs.
