Unique Refinishing

Description Of Work:

They refinished our 40+ year-old oak floors and staircase, and replaced sections where boards were missing or damaged. Also replaced oak shoe molding.

Felix came and gave estimate two days after our first call. After we agreed to the job, they scheduled for two weeks later. Came on time and did an excellent job. Even after running into unexpected problems due to the age and condition of our floors, they worked late and on the weekend to finish. When they couldn't come one day due to an equipment issue they discounted the job $200. Outstanding job replacing old boards-they match perfectly! These are the first contractors we have used since moving to Maryland in 2005 that we have been so satisfied with.
