Two Ladies and A Bucket

I admit i had toothpaste on my bathroom counter, & a HUGE pile of CLEAN laundry piled on a futon in a corner, more clean piles of clothes stacked in laundry baskets in my bedroom HOWEVER; My dining table, coffee table and end tables were all clean, there were no dishes in my sink and there was no objects on my living room and dining room floor. They wiped the top of the stove half A**, They did not sweep or mop my living room or dining room. I spoke with the owner who was defensive and unprofessional. She said that her employees sent her photo's of my piles of clean clothes (WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO PHOTOGRAPH MY HOME) and told me they don't do that "type of cleaning". I explained that i know they don't fold laundry & wasn't expecting that but wanted to know why they didn't sweep and mop the floors that had no objects on them. She kept cutting me off while i was talking. Apparently sweeping and mopping is outside their scope of work. NEVER HIRE THEM.

I feel gypped!!!! I bought a LS coupon and paid for 4 woman hours (or 2 ladies for 2 hours), and I got 3 ladies, but only for 45 minutes!! They just say that they were done and left my house before I could inspect or ask any questions. They didn't ask if I needed anything else and what's worse is that they missed MANY surfaces that I cleaned after them! I literally cleaned for 30 minutes after the cleaning ladies left. Wiped mirrors? Missed some! Kitchen backsplash? Nope, visible food on it. Bathroom counter? Nope, toothpaste mark. Kitchen counter? Dust and flour left!!!! I have photos to prove my claims.

When I called the owner to discuss this matter she got defensive of the poor job her workers did and said that she would compromise at having them come back for 30 mins to finish the bad job or I could pay them for a discounted full service!! Like I'm going to throw good money at them again!!!!!

Oh, and did I mention they smelled like smoke (strongly, and I am allergic).

I purchased 2 living social deals for $49 each. The first time they came my only complaint was that they were slow and didn't get to many rooms but they did a decent job. The second time I had them come was HORRIBLE!! They left 15 minutes early, they only cleaned my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were NOT dusted. After they left, I swept the kitchen floor and got a dust pan full of dirt. THE WORST PART IS THEY SCRATCHED MY STAINLESS STEEL STOVE COOKTOP. I was livid!!! When I called the manager she said that the 2 hours starts from they time they arrive in the drive way to the time they leave the drive way. I didn't realize that it took both of the ladies together 15 minutes to unload and load everything. And no one else includes that time. Speaking of time. Their vacuum was clogged, it took the lady 5-10 minutes of attempting to get it unclog. Finally I said that I would use my vacuum. Also I sent a picture of the dust pan and my stainless steel stove top. The manager just ignored the situation. I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE!!!
