My bathroom was refinished & installed by them a while ago. I found out they cut corners. I had to have plumber discover that my toilet was never actually bolted to the floor, and the piece it was sitting in was way to high. In addition the spout to the tub never had sealant placed around it . I mean honestly why cut corners for such small things that can complete a job. I am awaiting to see what else is missing when the next leak begins. Don't trust these guys!

They installed an electric water heater at my home a couple of years ago and I never had any problems.

He also repaired my central AC and he did a good job.

This company installed a Rinnai (from France) on demand water heater for $2,300.00 which never worked properly. Our poor tenant would be in the shower and the water would go from very hot to very cold. The unit was installed BEFORE the water filter. In other words, unfiltered well water was going directly to the unit. While still under warranty, we called again and again with no response. Finally the technician, Jim, came out and made it work for a while, then back to the same issues. Unable to get it to work, we took it out and had a conventional hot water heater installed. We had a tankless, on demand, water heater for a previous home and it was fantastic. Trevora Plumbing and Heating was very happy to take my money to install this unit but wasn't too worried whether it was installed properly or that it actually functioned once it was installed. It cost us a lot of time, money and aggravation.
