        Terrible experience! Owner Mark takes your $ for his vacuums, but the promised free maintenance disappeared after the sale. He stated he doesn't work for free. He was very rude during this conversation. He denied that he ever stated there would be free maintenance & wanted $60 to clean & service my Miele vacuum. I took it to Vacuum Warehouse at Maizeland & Academy. They do give free maintenance when you buy there. Since I didn't buy there, they serviced my vacuum for $35.

        Great experience

        called, got free estimate, and they explained the problem to me and fixed my vacuum in 20 minutes, while I waited. They did a great job, I will definitely keep thier business card for future problems.
