Industry Trade KnowledgeI started in the pool industry as an intern in the customer service department at a company called Zodiac Pool Systems doing technical support right out of college. They are one of the top three pool equipment manufacturers in the US and the global leader in the World with their portfolio of brands. I assisted dealers in technical issues they encountered with our products finding them a solution. I was hired on as a permanent in technical support and soon moved on to lead of my group for the SE region. A few years later I was promoted out of the office and into the field as Service Manager of West Florida. This is where I mastered my skills. I traveled the West Coast of Florida from Pensacola to Marco Island overcoming the most complex scenarios first hand.
