        I called for a lockbox job and the owner was incredibly rude saying he was booked till December, a simple no would of sufficed. Don't deal with this company.

        great service. Quicker response than other major company in the portland area. Able to fix a lock that a higher price company said they could not fix without whole new door knob, etc. (on an antique door). Have responded to need for rapid rekeying twice with very prompt and cheerful service. Try them, you will like them!
