Super Flame Propane

If possible I would give ZERO stars for this so called company. This company is the WORST!! I requested a delivery January 4, 2018 to fill my heating fuel tank, which was at 20%. I was informed that they were busy and working Saturday to "catch up". But to call if we got down to 10 %. I thought no big deal they'll get to us within a week or so, boy was I completely WRONG!! During the snow storms too.Payment was withdrawn from my account January 5, 2018. During multiple calls to ask when we would have fuel I was given excuse after excuse. The truck broke down, do you have space heaters, can you conserve the fuel that you have, we're very busy, we're working as quick as we can, other companies are asking us to help them?? Really?? Take your pick of excuses for not getting to a customer that is a "priority" due to being so low on fuel.So on January 17 I requested to cancel the delivery and account. I have to provide a written request to the local office then they'll forward to corporate office who will "approve" the request and refund as they see fit???? When calling corporate office I was referred back to the local office who apparently can't run a business but can take customers money and play games when refunds are requested. To top it off when I called today to ask if they received my cancellation letter that was mailed 5 days ago they said no. As I made a comment about time frame for refunds the lady I was speaking to hung up on me! Request 1-4-2018 Payment 1-5-2018 Fuel delivery NEVER Refund Hopefully soon but doubtful
