Sprinkler Surgeon

The owner came out himself & did excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone. The previous review is incorrect.

I had the owner Ray come to fix a leak, change a timer, and redo a few sprinklers. This was done in June. I paid him 400.00. He was to come back and replace a couple of heads and lower them. I called numerous times and unable to use them the way they were. Plus one he fixed was defective. He explained he was working alone and promised he would get back to me as soon as he could. I continued to wail patiently, from June to August! I called and called!!! Last week I texted him asking to PLEASE come by and fix the sprinklers because now I was loosing more plants. I also told him I had a leak and it was an emergency. I asked him to call if he was unable to make it and I would have get someone else to finish his job and fix my new problem. HE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A CALL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mistake was that I trusted him to come back and finish a few MINOR things and went ahead and paid him on his word. I will never trust anyone else even if it is a small job. This is why some homeowners are leery and mistrusting of contractors! Ray at Sprinkler Surgeon does not keep his word or answer your calls. I did not deserve that treatment. BEWARE!



I ended up calling another company. They were superior in every way and did all they were supposed to do. They also gave me a discount. They were less expensive and much more professional.
