This company bombards the airways with its commercials - brags about its discounts and high quality of replacement windows. Back in October of this year I scheduled a "free estimate" they came out and told me they'd have my estimate within a week. I've never heard one word from them again. I even went to their website to complain and still no response back. They just lost my business!

I recently purchase replacement windows and had them installed. I got exactly what I asked for. The wait for installation took longer than expected, most likely weather delays that couldn't be helped. However, I felt communication could have been better. Phone calls weren't always returned, and if I hadn't called, I would have only had one day notice for installation.

Product was great, and the installation was great.
