Southeast Roof Contracting, LLC

I met Steve Manzo of Southeast Roof Contracting LLC when he worked on my agency's roof in downtown Charleston. The office has a somewhat flat roof and always getting leaks. It was constantly being repaired. I called Steve because I heard he was an expert on repairing leaky roofs. He worked on all the leaks and we didn't have the issues we had before.
So when I brought my house, I was in need of a new roof. Knowing Steve and what he did for my office, I called him for a to replace my roof. He did an excellent job. He made sure to keep any material off the plants/shrubs and checked for any roofing nails that may have fallen to ensure no flat tires.
Steve is honest, hardworking and knows how to replace or repair roofs. He's a great source in the roofing business.
