        When my power went out I reali...

        When my power went out I realized my backup generator wasn't working. I called SME around 6:30 PM and spoke with one of their techs who said "Well, I can't promise you anything, but I'll have to charge you the emergency rate because it's after hours", when I asked him what the "emergency rate" was, he told me $325 just to show up! It says a lot about a company when they'll take any opportunity to jack the price sky high and fleece you just because they think you're stuck. I told him no thanks, but when I look for service or new equipment I definitely won't be calling these crooks.

        Great service - from the initial call to the final work. Technician was professional and very personable, explaining what needed to be done then completing the work quickly. Would definitely call SME again.

        From the fantastic customer service we received, the detailed estimate, and the quality of the technicians that performed the work, I couldn't be happier.
