        Overall

        Horrible experience. Walked in with light brown hair to get gray colored and walked out with red gold hair . Attempted to reach owner but she never called back. Manager hung up on me when I initiated the complaint and the stylist couldn't even tell me what product she used on my hair. Do not recommend this place!
