We came home from a few days being away to find our water not working at the house. After doing some troubleshooting on my own I found that the water tank was not getting any water. I called Sam and let him know I had a fifteen month old to take care of so needed someone to be relatively fast. Sam came out personally the next day, very first thing in the morning. He went through all of the steps of what was occurring, what my options were and had my water back on within an hour. He kept a great level of professionalism but you could see he cared about his work and fixing the problem the correct way without over-charging. He has a customer for life.

We were having issues with septic odors in the house that could not be attributed to a septic failure, a clogged vent, or dry traps. The cause was most likely the aging cast-iron and released seals in the plumbing which were leaking the gasses. They removed the old pipes including an original corroding cast-iron pipe, and we now have a beautifully laid out mainline drainage system to our septic. They walked us through every step from the first assessment to the final product; and answered all our questions and even discussed how they designed and implemented the reconfiguration. I had a leak in the connection between my non standard well pipe and my very old well tank. Sam was the only plumber that had any knowledge of this type of pipe and how to adapt a connector to it. Service Plus did an oustanding job fixing the leak and replacing my old tank and connecting to my well pipe all in about 2 hours! Sam is courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend Service Plus!

Called them with a small emergency. Guy confirmed my phone number on his caller ID while claiming to be on another call, and that he would call me back immediately. Since he never did do, I tried them again 45 minutes later. Got answering machine so left a message. Never called me back. Ever. 24 hours later.

My total experience with Service Plus was nothing but outstanding. I went down to the basement one afternoon and found a lake of sewer water!!! I got several quotes to repair the sewer line under my driveway. Service Plus was very competative price wise but the best part was that Sam was very polite, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured. He came out the next day with top of the line equipment and before I knew it, everything was fixed.



This was a job involving sewage water in a dirt basement, really old pipes (the house is 140 years old) and a hot day. Through it all Sam and his worker were wonderful. They even brought a big bag of lyme to help with the dirt floor after everything was cleaned out. I HIGHLY recommend Service Plus to anyone who wants quality work done by a knowledgable company.

I was having a problem getting my toilets to fully flush. I heard from a neighbor that they used Service Plus and liked them. After I talked and explained my problem to the receptionist she said she would have Sam, the owner, call me back right away. It was a weekend and frigid out with many inches of snow on ground, I honestly thought I would have to wait till it thawed a little. Sam called me in about 20 minutes and knew what my problem was just from my description of events. He was at my home 10 minutes later. I found out that my main drain line to the septic tank was blocked He then proceeded to clean my main drain line to the septic tank and leech-field. I would fully recommend this company to you.
