Senior Cab

Prompt pickup, excellent service, reasonable rates, polite and friendly driver. I would definitely use Senior Cab again and would recommend the service.

This past weekend we had 27 people bachelorette party. This company was outstanding!!! The price per person was extremely reasonable, but not only that they were prompt on our pick up time to our destination. We needed to be picked from our destination at midnight. This company was waiting for us all at 11:55pm. The owner Larry is beyond professional and answers every time I called with a friendly and kind manor. The driver Sean reassured the safety of all our guests getting to and from. He was extremely patient and kind waiting and making sure our party all arrived to go home. I can't speak enough about this company. Uber was our original choice. I watched several parties complain about their wait for their rides that were guaranteed a certain time. It was so nice to have our entire party get to and from without having to wait a minute!!! Please Please consider taking this transportation company!!

The cab was 39 mins longer than promised. After that I received a message that accused me of being cheap and not tipping. I did not ride in the cab, since they were so late. I did get a "sorry wrong number" explanation..worse cab experience in a long time.

We first called Larry for a 6:30PM pickup time which he said he could do but then when we called back for confirmation, Larry said he could no longer honor the 6:30PM pickup. Then Larry said that he had driver availability at 7PM. We switched our dinner reservations to 7:30PM so that we could use his service. We rescheduled our dinner and then called Larry back to confirm. He began to take down the information but then stopped and said he could no longer honor the pickup he committed to and the reason why we switched our dinner reservation for a later time. I then asked why he could no longer pick our party up and he hung up the phone. Never received any explanation at all. Very poor service. If this is any indication of his customer service, I can't imagine if we actually got picked up by Senior Cab/Larry. I am happy to give my money to another, more professional car service.

I reside in Lake Geneva, and as such, have used every cab company in town at one time or another. Senior Cab is far and away the best. Courteous, professional, and prompt. We only use Senior Cab now that we have found them. Fair rates too!
