They are worth NO stars.



We had a minor leak on the shower, we called and Ali told us it would be $185. A plumber came in and changed the plan and the estimate was $650. We decided to use another plumber and Ali said it would be $195 for the UNDONE JOB. I called him, and he said it would be $150. We did not agree, and he said "I WILL SUE YOU and see you at the small court on your expense!" During the conversation, he said he demands $160.



Just stay away.

I needed a job done that same day.. the Saturday before Easter.. and San Diego Drain Experts came through. Jose was personable, knowledgeable and quick. The price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the service from this company and will call again when needed.

San Diego Drain Experts is the way to go! I am a young female that knows nothing about plumbing and never had to deal with it. I went from renting an apartment (where your plumbing is taken care of), to renting a home out in Eastlake (where it is your responsibility apparantly). All in one week, my garbage disposal stopped working and every drain (shower and both sinks) in my upstairs bathroom were all clogged. I waited over 24 hours to do anything because I could only imagine how pricey plumbing can get. But I couldn't do it myself, so I looked on yellowpages.com, read the reviews, and went out on a limb because they offered free estimates. Ali (the owner) came and cleared the drains upstairs for $85 and ended up giving me a camera inspection and fixing my garbage disposal for FREE! He is a very kind man with obvious extensive knowledge in his area of expertise. From calling and speaking with office staff, to getting a tech out to my home on time and resolving the problem WITH A 30 DAY WARRANTY.... I would recommend SDDE to anyone and everyone. They aren't out for your money, they actually care about making you happy!

I live in a Mobile Home & had work done on 11/21/09. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, professional employee, cleaned up & was careful with my carpet areas. I explained my mobile home was old & I had the drains cleaned several times and put nothing down the garbage disposal. I told him the sewer lines had low areas & suggested the old be closed off and a new sewer be installed - from the sink directly to closest drain near washing machine drain. He came on the 21st and rooted out the existing sewer several times and mentioned the camera, showed me the white built-up greese and couldn't get the sewer cleared that day. There was a $250.00 charge.



I did without the sink for another week and he came back 11/27 and closed off the old swayed sewer and installed a new one from the sink to the washer drain. He applied the 11/21 charge of $250.00 toward the 11/27 bill (which was to install new sewer).



I feel the 11/21 work and the $250.00 charge was completely unnessary.

He arrived on time, even though I called late. He was very professional and told me up front what he expected and added the possible blind spots. He took care of our immediate problem and made recommendation to prevent future problems from that source. His price was better than the quote I got from a previous guy. Overall, great knowledge, courteous, and quality. EXCELLENT

My plumber was not on time, but probably was not his fault. Negotiated a fair price, completed clean out, cleaned up after himself and was gone. Good job.

Our Rancho Bernardo house was was built some 40 years ago and there you have the problem with our plumbing drain lines. First Robert came and cleared our main line and offered their free video service, they run a light source/camera up the drain line and you can watch on a monitor and actually see the exact condition of the pipe.



Following this I had Ali clean out the drain lines with his high pressure equipment, 3,000 psi both on the main line through the house, the line from the kitchen and the line that runs under the front yard to the main sewer line at the street. He located a root coming into the drain pipe under the sidewalk. This is the City's responsibility. Ali reported it and set up the City crew which is due to come out Friday, dig up the sidewalk and fix the break in the City pipe. This will, of course, be at City expense.



All in all, the service was exactly as advertised. The guys are smart at what they do and work fast. I recommend them.



Oh, yes: They guarantee my drain lines will work property for the next year. If I have any problems, I call them and they come out and clear the line at no cost to me.

They replaced my sewer main from the house to the street in only 2 days with no disruption to my plumbing needs. They were efficient, courteous and knowlegable. I highly recommend this company for solving your drain difficulties.

I found the workmen sent to unclog my drain very professional and extremely competent. They are recommended very

highly.

They came a few hours late but called several times to let us know the job they were currently working on was taking more time, so I understand that. They did a great job fixing my home drain problem and explained me how to prevent that it happens again any time soon. Ali is very knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to discuss with experts like him. I was given a free camera inspection for my pool to find out why my level was dropping every week. Unfortunately, I do have a hole in the bottom of my pool at the master drain. He checked my piping to verify it was good and gave me good advice on where to go from there. I will be calling back when it comes time to drain my pool. Thanks again!

Fast , efficient , and on time... Little confussion on price quoted over phone at first but

that was cleared up upon visit... They did as advertised , and they were early !

That is what you get from most companies these days, including San Diego Drain Experts! The big difference...they DELIVERED ON ALL OF THEM! From the office, the crew, and the owner Ali Tuncbilek, everyone made my sewer drain replacement easy! They were even easy on my wallet! Go figure, a service company that went out of their way to do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Not too long ago I had a faucet go out in one of our bathrooms. I called San Diego Drain Experts after reading the reviews listed on the site. The reviews were accurate. They are good at what they do and they honestly try to save you money wherever they can. They came out and did a free estimate and told me that if I got the faucet myself it would save me money over them getting the faucet. This is something they didn't have to mention. The worker installed the faucet, checked it over for leaks and functionality and left me his contact information in case I needed to get ahold of him for anything else. I would recommend you give them at try. If your experience was like mine, you won't regret it.

I called San Diego Drain experts because my water pressure in my kitchen sink had suddenly gotten low very. My plumber, Aaron, was cordial, professional, and respectful of my property. He was able to identify the problem - a bad water softener that was sending debris through the lines. The problem was fixed and the bill was reasonable. Will be using them from now on.
