I called Robert's Plumbing & Repair Service this morning because I had lost water pressure at the kitchen sink. I can honestly say that I anticipated an expensive diagnosis and repair, but I needed help. When I described the problem to the plumber he simply told me to go to the kitchen sink, unscrew the cap on the end of the faucet and describe what I saw -- I was amazed at the "junk" inside that little piece of metal. All I had to do was rinse the "junk" out of the cap and the pressure returned. The gentleman was so very kind to 1) take the time to help me over the telephone, thus eliminating the need for him to make a "housecall" to do the very thing he instructed me to do and; 2) saving me the expense of a housecall. I am so very grateful for his kindness, helpfulness and honesty! I highly recommend Robert's Plumbing and Repair Service -- I believe in my heart your need will be met with the same kindness, helpfulness and honesty I experienced -- all of these virtues are Professionalism at work! I called Roberts plumbing out to fix a water heater and replace a bathroom sink. They were very polite and knowledgable and best of all their prices were reasonable. Would highly reccomend them to anyone.
