Realty Executives

These people were dishonest and did not have my best interest in mind. I used them as property managers. They tried to insist, even saying they could do it without asking me, to put a man in as a tenant who was giving a false s.s. #. I researched him and found he was an ex con and they still tried to put him in saying they trusted him on instinct (after he gave a false social security number). It was when I refused that the male mgr angrily said he could put in anyone he wants without telling me.

When they finally did find tenants they were deceitful about them. Apparently, they were still upset I refused to put the ex con in my house. They knew I was conservative (Christian), so they failed to tell me that the people renting my place were a man and woman (unmarried). Think what you want of my values, I don't try to judge anyone but I'd prefer to know who rents out my place. They had unilaterally decided that I might have a problem with this so they referred to my tenants as the "girls". I didn't find out they were a couple until they moved out. It was just so disrespectful.



I ended up managing the property myself from across the country. It's much easier to do than you think and I save a lot of $ and got my rent check in the beginning of the month instead of the 15th. For the two yrs they were my managers they called a handyman a couple of times which I realized I could do myself. I payed them $100/mo to get my rent check 2 wks later and call a handyman when needed. Not worth it.
