Ready Rooter Group

My experience with this company and its owner were HORRIFIC! It took over 4 months to fix what was essentially a one day job. The owner Keith is not reliable, knowledgeable, professional and lacks communication skills. Keith consistently set appointments to come return to work in my basement and consistently did not show nor communicate that he or his team would not be coming. Keith constantly presented an array of excuses as to why he did not keep his word and appointment, such as his daughter was in a car accident, his mother died, his grandmother died, his crew was in a car accident, his uncle died, he had to take his son to school, he can't find workers, etc. He even went so far as to tell me that he didn't show to finish his work with my basement because he had a new contract that he and his team was working.
Ready Rooter made 3 failed attempts to stop the moisture and water coming into the basement, two of which was a repeated a process. Not sure why they would repeat the exact same process if it didn't work the first time. Ready Rooter eventually was instructed by my leasing company to hire a second plumbing company that instructed him on how to fix the issue.
Lastly, Mr. Keith Clemons promised that he would paint the basement walls and floor following the completion of the job to take care of mold and water stains. Following the completion of the job I reached out to Keith and he set a date to come and paint, he never showed. I reached out to him again, he gave some farfetched reason as to why he did not show then set another date only to not show or call again. My last call to Mr. Clemons to inquire about when he could paint the basement, he explained that painting the basement was not actually part of his contract, he had only promised to do it because it took so long to fix the leak in my basement. He then said he would come on November 5, 2016 to at 9:30am, needless to say, Mr. Clemons nor his team showed or communicated with me.
