I've had RJT taking care of my three vehicles for the past five years. I've always been satisfied with the quality of service and the courtesy of the staff. One time I did have a problem -- I brought it back and they took care of it, no questions asked, which is all I can ask for. I think that since no entity is perfect, the way they handle problems is as important as the way they handle business in general. Because of these two things -- both the fact that I have a positive view of their work and the way they resolved the one thing I had a problem with, I think they deserve five stars out of five. I'm going to continue to use them.

RJT has been servicing and performing auto-body repairs our family cars since we first moved to White Plains twenty years ago. They are a very easy going one stop auto repair shop. We originally met thru the auto club as a result of a dead battery. My entire family uses them. They are honest reliable and prompt.
