We had a flood in our kitchen requiring extensive restoration of our first floor and finished basement. Prospect Builders did an amazing job with our restoration from soup to nuts. The demolition/abatement team was prompt and through, the Project director Michael was very well organized and helped us negotiate with our insurance company, the office team was very communicative, and every sub-contractor they employed showed up on time and did an excellent job. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work, or their professionalism throughout. These are my people whenever we run into a problem again. It looks better than new.

Our house was a total loss from a fire. Prospect Builders was right there to guide us in the first steps and all steps of dealing with our devastating loss. We felt their compassion and genuine concern. All the team members that we worked with were highly professional and extremely easy to work with. Our questions were answered in a timely fashion.
