Pro Furnace and Air

Jim recently replaced our 40-yr old (dead) furnace and it was a wonderful experience. He was quick to respond, quite fair about the pricing and process, and a pleasure to have in our home. In fact, as soon as we spoke with Jim, he brought us oil heaters until we decided on a product and the installation took place. Throughout the replacement, he took care to consult us on the placement of the equipment and duct-work as well as minimized the visual impact of piping to our basement. Friendly and professional, Jim took the time to address several other issues in our home while he was here (that he certainly didn't have to). In addition to that, he did great work!



Honesty, professionalism, and friendliness can be hard to find these days, but with Jim you get all that and great products too! Jim came to the house and gave me a very thorough estimate. He explained every aspect of the installation and the removal of my old gas guzzler furnace. He was very punctual and did a very proper instalation and removal. When he was finished, he went over the operation of my new Airease furnace. Believe me, when Jim told me that it was 95%efficient, he wasn't just telling me a story. We keep the thermostat set at 70 degrees now when we used to have to set it at 76 to get the same comfort level in the house.I would recommend Jim and the products he uses to everyone.That said, don't hesitate to call him first when looking for a new furnace or air conditioning unit. He is all the further you need to look for very professional and personal service. P.S. Jim did such a good job on our furnace that he installed a new furnace at my mom's house.

Jim quickly provided portable radiators to heat our house until the installation was possible.

He arrived promptly and worked here straight through the day until the whole project was complete.

Offering information and explainations along the way, he shows that he actually likes his work and is good at it!

My air conditioner broke down on the hottest day of the year and despite being very busy, Mr Backode was out to determine the problem the same day. After obtaining the replacement part, he was out to fix it the next day. He was very punctual, did great work and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend his company to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Jim's work in installing a central air conditioning system in our home. Jim came recommended by a friend and did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism and the professionalism of the team he had working on the job. I also appreciated that he took extra time to make sure we understood what he did and why he did it, and that he took extra care to make sure that the external unit was unobtrusive to the house. This was a welcome change from other AC contractors we have had experience with who didn't seem to care about what sort of mess they made in the house and how the final installation looked.

Pro Furnace and Air is quick to respond to a distress call. Mr. Backode installed my furnace several months ago and upon completion said, "If you ever have any trouble, just call and I'll be right out". And they did. I highly recommend Pro Furnace and Air, they're courteous and professional.
