Precision Roofing & Waterproofing

Had problem with a few shingles that were missing on my roof. So called Precision roofing and they sent a person Ricky Miller to fix it. But the shingles came off in a few months. They had given me a written warranty for 3 years. Now when I call they said they will help me out...but they have to get the exact same person, Ricky Miller to help fix his issue. The worst thing I have been calling them almost daily since 24-MAR-2011 and they keep giving one excuse or the other. Over the past few months they don't want to return my calls...period. If I catch them on the phone they will say that it is the answering service at 3pm, 10am...does not matter what time. It will always be the answering service. They are such a big fraud. Don't waste your money on these fly-by-night roofers.

We asked this company to fix our roof due to massive leaks. He showed up immediately, spend about one hour total. Charged us an obscene amount of money. Found out he can not accept a credit card - which is a red flag. He promised a 36 month guarantee. This is worthless. We had massive leaking after his work. He has never returned our calls. He will take your money and run. He should be out of business. There is nothing "precision" about this "company".

thats the best name for you guys. my roof looks great and its not leaking any more . and you guys did it in a timely manner and at the best price . so yes i am vary happy with the work . ty guys

we called precision roofing on 6/29/10 to have

our roof repaired-they sent out two men . they repaired

our roof and about 3 hours later it rained and our

roof leaked. we called to report this leak that day (we

had been given a 36 month warranty). called every day

to please have someone to return our call ,to this day

7/7/10 no one has returned our call concerning this

matter. only conclusion can come up with is this

company does not back up their work. writing this

review because don't want anyone to go thru this.





it is very frustrating and disappointing. beware
