Pop-A-Lock

I was stranded at the lake with no cell service where my car and camper were located and Gary was the one dispatched to help me out. He went above and beyond for me!
The heat index was 105+ but that in no way affected his professional and kind demeanor. At first, he could not locate me, and could not call to find any more information about my location, but he did not give up and drove around until he found us! After getting the flat tire off, he discovered my spare was the wrong size and advised that I did not use it. We were fine at our location until our husbands could come with another vehicle the next day but we were running low on milk as we had 2 children under 2 years old camping with us. When I asked Gary if the vehicle would get me to the nearest store, about 8 mile away, he again advised against driving the vehicle but instead insisted that he would run up to the store and get us milk to make it through the night vs us driving on a questionable tire. He really went above and beyond for us that day. He came to change a tire but extended himself to help people in need. It was a great experience all around thanks to Gary!
