Pet Love Mobile Grooming

Been using PL for years. The majority of the time the groomers are prompt. Occasionally, they are behind schedule which is fairly normal for a mobile service of any kind. They have always done a great job on our dogs, big and small. Will continue using for the foreseeable future.

The few things I did not like was that they did not call to set an appointment, they just showed up at the door early because they had a early cancellation and it was the the best time for them. The other thing was that my dog came up with kennel Cough 2 days after being groomed and it cost me more money than I had plan on spending having to go to the vet to have her treated. I will never let this unsanitary mobile dog groomers near my family pet again. Kennel Cough is contagious to other pets and humans as well.

Like some of the other reviews here, we had a good result the first time, but not so the second. On the second visit our dog was a little agitated, so instead of the full service we signed up for she basically removed the pooh from his behind and then gave him a quick bath. She did not remove the excess hair around his eyes and his behind as we asked. If she could not do what we asked, she should have told us and given us the option to decline the service. We paid $78 for what took her 30 minutes max. We will never use Pet Love again!

I love Pet Love mobile grooming. I had a horrible experience with a competitor salon. My dog did not want to go in to get groomed again. I heard about Pet Love and gave it a try. It was FABULOUS!!! My dog was outside in front of my house getting groomed. They even have a white van that has a generator to keep it cool inside the van. You definitely will enjoy the experience with Pet Love and the groomers that I have had have been wonderful. No more taking my dog to a store and being left all day in a noisy back room with barking dogs. I love the individual attention my dog gets with Pet Love. You can even request the same groomer to come out each time. You must give it a try. I am glad I did.

I have been using this service for a few years. I love this service. My dog is 10yrs old and I like that they come to my house so my dog does not get stressed out going to a groomers. I get the same person every time Amanda, she is very sweet and real good with him.

I Luv this service. My older dog with arthritis luvs the fact she doesn't have to travel to pet store and they treat her very gently. I luv it too as I am disabled and it helps me out a lot.

I began using Pet Love a few years ago when I had an older dog that hated being left in a cage for all day on Saturday with all the other dogs barking in the area. Also when I had several dogs, it was so much easier to have the groomer come to my house instead of getting all the dogs in the car and waiting around all day to go pick them up to bring back home. Also in the past, I had a nervous dog who didn't like strangers and love being able to request the same groomer that my dog feels comfortable with.

My dogs love their "spa" day and they look wonderful afterwards. The convience nice is awesome! Very happy!

I have a Shih Tzu and I really don't like the idea of her sitting around in a cage all day waiting her turn at a groomers so I gave these guys a try. They came to my apartments and it was great. I was happy, she was much happier - as happy as a dog can get while having a bath and cut - and I didn't have to wait around all day playing chauffer. She looked great in less than an hour and the price was the same. Can't beat that kind of service!

I started using petlove because my dog didnt like to to be in the cages at the groomer. She had been picked up by the pound once and Im not sure what they did to her but she has been a different dog since. Anyway, I have been very pleased with the service. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been very nice and professional.

When I lived in The Colony, TX I used Pet Love for my Brittany Spaniel... I was always very pleased with the courtesy they showed and the kindness that they showed her. They always did a great job on grooming her with a Spaniel cut...Each time they came Brittany was happy to see them... I wish they were in the Sherman Tx area so I could use them now that she is 14 years old and is afraid of going to the groomers... I have had to learn to cut her hair in the past few years and I would rather have a professional groomer cut her hair... She would love being pampered even though it is hard for her to stand for a long period of time. I now have two Beagles , Brittany Spaniel, and a young Shih Tzu dog who could use a good groomer.

The ease an convenience is awesome! Cats are not stressed the way they are when taken and left at a groomer. The work they do is impeccable. Two thumbs up.

We are very happy with Pet Love. Our Chow Chow is very hard to groom and Pet Love was very patient with her. We will definitely use them again!

I used for the first time and received first class service, from the customer service on the phone until I watched my beautiful cocker spaniel Cooper walk out of the custom grooming van. I have put up with this grooming company for years only because my mini schnauzers were getting old and I was no longer able to take them in my car, as the oldest one was getting car sick. The owner Barb (FYI - Cannot be found on the internet), is heartless and she should not be running a grooming service, she should be running a collection agency. She is not a business woman and treats her customers beyond awful, as we all know. We hire the same kind of characteristics we hold. Therefore, her entire team is rude or maybe just miserable because they have to work for her. Last Friday was the it factor for me. She is greedy, so she books the groomer to a point he runs over an hour late. Her resolution was to stick my 13, 11 and 7 year old schnauzers in a very small confined van at the same time while they got groomed. Opposite of what the company websites states and why we have them come to our home in the first place - stress free environment. I refused to do this to my 13 year old dog, as she could have gone into cardiac arrest and when I called Barb she was extremely nasty over the phone. What Barb did not realize was that what she was trying to force me to do was and is ANIMAL CRUELTY in my book and many others. I agree with JL, this grooming service deserves 5 minus stars. There are many other groomers that will come to your home. Go into your browser and look up 'Thumbtack", groomers are all licensed, come to your home, they will love your pet and treat their customers with 100% respect and dignity, something Barb will never learn because you cannot teach an old dog new tricks.



Run the opposite way when you see the purple van, it's all a facade and your pet will end up dead.
