They charged my daughter $275 to pull her car out of the mud on a county road near Kaufman. She had her 3 month old baby with her. They are crooks!! Always there and fair my foot!!

I am the owner/operator of PAAC Towing. While understand it is upsetting to have to pay 275.00 to be pulled from a muddy county road, I charged the less then the amount i quoted over the phone. I can understand being upset it i quoted 75.00 and then charged 275.00 but the vehicle operator agreed to the price before i even left the shop. Also most of the time these vehicles are 1/4 to 1/2 mile from a true paved surface and special equipment is need to recovery the vehicle.
I got my pick up stuck on a muddy back road and called three other wrecker services and PAAC was the only one that would come out and help me
i have had many a vehicle towed and been stuck in the cold, rain,snow and even the heat and i have had to call more than one tow truck do to no shows. paac toeing has always showed up and in the time frame told to me and is very fair priced. he is a dependable person running a dependable bussiness. i wont ever be stuck out again as long as i call al, with paac towing.
I've use PAAC towing twice and they have always gotten to me quickly and charged what i felt was a fair price
Do not do business with this towing company. The owner, Al Luna, wrecked our truck while pulling us out of the mud and we later learned he was using uninsured equipment. Not only will he not take responsibility for running our truck into a PARKED tractor, he has refused to cooperate with us in the settlement of the claim.
If you want to feel confident about the way in which your vehicle is handled, DO NOT use PAAC Towing.

While I understand how upsetting it is to have your vehicle damaged, there are two sides to every story. First, I will say that the tractor was not PARKED as he stated, and he was behind the wheel steering when I pulled him out. Secondly, I do not believe that his truck hit the tractor while I was pulling it out of the mud. It is true that my machine is not insured for that purpose, however, the other individuals at the event pulling out stuck cars with their tractors are not insured for that purpose either. I did try to work something out with this individual but we could not come to a mutually satisfying resolution. I strive for excellence in all that I do and I regret that an agreement was not attained.
