        Over The Top Concrete was exceptional! Robert Aurner made sure we were happy and very satisfied. He helped to modernize our interior concrete floors with a white polyaspartic. The product was high quality, very affordable, and durable. Robert always kept us informed on the progress and was very informative about the actual process. We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks!
