Oasis Moving and Storage

Without a doubt, 5 stars from me. I found Oasis Moving online through a google search for a moving company. From start to finish throughout the whole service they were friendly, efficient, accommodating and best of all, none of my personal belongings were damaged in any way during the transit. If you are looking to move soon, I would definitely recommend that you choose Oasis Moving.



Having had a terrible experience with a moving company I used last year, I am more appreciative of a good moving company when I see one so thank you Oasis Moving!!

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lets just say they do not communicate well. they don't

tell you anything.. just read what we send you.. tell you one thing and do another. so

they tell me that they have 1 to 18 days to deliver my stuff after i advise them i want it.

They send an email saying they have received my request(i emailed them the request

and they email me back saying i have to call... really).. they send me another email

saying they put it in a truck and it will be here in 4 to 6 days. well when I call them on the 5th

day they have no idea about time frame. They can't get a hold of the driver. was told the driver

would call, he did not.. i ask the to confirm that that since they are delivering it outside of

what they promise they will not charge for having to deliver it on monday, a holiday.. they

never call me back and when i call them they act like of course... one point I tell the delivery

coordinator when she says she thinks they will be saturday.. but that is not the 18th days or

the 6th day . I have taken time off from work for this. well am not looking at a calendar I am

sure you are telling me the truth.. you don't have calendar handy a coordinator?? when they

came to pack my stuff i adv them of two items to plz be careful with them.. they showed no

concerns about my concerns and when they arrived they were damage.. they packed heavy

boxes on lighter weight boxes so most of the things were smashed...

We used Oasis Moving and Storage based on a coworker's recommendation and were really happy with the move. They did some of the packing for us ( a little expensive but worth it because our glass tables/tv/buffet/etc wouldn't have made it in a million years otherwise.) We couldn't believe how fast they packed us up and then got us set up again on delivery. The foreman on delivery even had the guys lay a path of extra moving pads down so they wouldn't be walking around on the new carpets( which we wouldn't have believed if we hadn't seen it with our own eyes.) Very cool. pretty much by the book at both ends. no big surprises. It was our first big move and we probably asked the salesgirl (angela) a million questions but she was really patient and answered everything over and over again. one time we talked for almost an hour. good move all around. we'd use them again (but hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon!)

Used them for a move from New York to Las Vegas. The guys were nothing but professional and helpfull.

This is a horrible company! My husband and I moved from Vegas to Harrisburg, PA and were originally quoted $1800. Right before the move I added two bikes, a bike rack, and a light set of golf clubs. That pushed my estimate up to $2200. They were supposed to be there on Friday and called Thursday to see if they could pick up then. Dispatch said they would be there between 1-3. When they didn't show someone callled and said between 4-6. I WAITED ALL DAY! When they weren't here by 6 I called and of course the office was closed. They showed up at 7:30 in the evening. When they showed up they told me they had to wrap and pack everything. I told them I only paid for wrapping the China cabinet and television. They told me it was policy to wrap everything their way or they couldn't transport it. This cost me an extra $600!!!! I mean if the company wanted tape around my plastic totes they should have told me that instead of charging me for it! They made sure to mention tipping and felt that if I didn't tip my things would never get where they were going safely. When they finally arrived a month and a half later they said they would be here between 1-5 in the evening. They showed up at 8am (while we were at work) and at the completely wrong address (after dispatch had called to confirm the address twice-they showed up at our house, not our storage unit!) THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND ADVICE OF OTHERS! GO WITH A WELL KNOWN REPUTABLE COMPANY! I hope we've saved someone a headache and some money!
