        On Wed., April 8, 2015 this business was scheduled to bring our group to the N. O. airport to catch a 7:00 A.M. flight to Vegas. The limousine shuttle's tire blew out, the driver continued to drive rather than contact another shuttle to transport us. All of the rubber blew off of the tire as a result. An 18 wheeler blew the horn to indicate something was wrong. The driver drove further to the airport exit and then eventually pulled over in front the the Race Track service station. He exited the bus FIRST without advising the passengers to get off of the bus. Due to the large amount of smoke, all passengers began to exit the bus. We then saw that flames appear underneath!!! Due to neglect, we almost burned up as did the shuttle & our luggage......totally.
