Motor City Towing

This place told my Insurance they would be able to tow my vehicle in less then a hour. Hour plus later they told my insurance they came and couldnt tow due to improper equipment they had. One No ONE EVERY SHOWED. I was with the vehicle the while time. This place is a joke and will make sure never to use them if i ever need a tow again. Insurance will let the bbb know what happened as well completely unprofessional.

They came to tow an 85 year old womans car. They did not hook up the chain and the car rolled back into the front porch. Smash the bumper and destroyed the front porch. When called to ask how they would take care of the damage their reply was" call your insurance company. A lawyer will be called and they can deal with the lawyer. Please do not use this company. Call another tow company!

Had to use their services twice within 8 days, each time they were very kind, went out of their way for me!

After arriving at the destination was unaware of needing to pay because I used insurance towing. Apparently I only had 5 miles and when we got there the guy immediately started demanding money and when we were confused he started threatening to impound the vehicle on the spot if you wasn't paid that second called the company and paid them with a card they overcharged me by $15. I called them the next day the guy is talking about how it is no big deal and he will refund the difference. But I could tell they purposely overcharged and we're hoping that I would not check my bank account. Do not call this towing company if your insurance company assigns this company tell them you want somebody else

Tow drivers are required to behave like professionals. That means follow the rules for DOT drivers. So, the one I saw weaving in a traffic lane last week on an interstate had better be careful. My dash cam clearly caught him using a smartphone with his left hand, while running at 65, behind a school bus!

Awful, waited hours and no one answers the phone

I waited 4 hours,and they were believably rude.
