Motley RV Repair

Horrible. Keeps adding cost. Told them that wasn't what estimate was, told me to come get it that they didn't want to finish it because of the paint scheme. Wasted 3 weeks on them. Alan is a ass

No star! Took our toter to them to get an estimate for insurance claim. Had to wait a month & they "repaired" the leaks in the roof while they had it. Well, we had to pick it up in between getting an estimate because we had to use it, paid $250 for the "repaired" roof & filled a large kitchen trash can twice during a rain storm one evening! Took it back only to be called & told to come & get it that they decided that they don't deal with toters like that & actually lost our estimate that they had worked on the day the insurance adjuster came out.....but when you come get it, you owe us $850! Ha! It probably still leaks like before! Sorry service! Don't waste your time!

My experience with Motley Rv was awesome. Our Leveling system had a bad hose. As this was a brand new unit, it was under manufactures warranty with Fleetwood. Fleetwood refered us to LaMesa Rv in Albaquerquie, Camping World, Rv General, McClains in Oklahoma City were all to busy and would not even look at it. Motley Rv service manager Alan Lawler, said he would do what he could do for us. He found the problem immediately and called Fleetwood. Fleetwood agreed to let Motley do the repairs even though Moyley was not a Fleetwood dealer. Our Motley service tech did the repairs and was very efficient. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. Thanks to all who were involved in getting our repair process.

I didn't want to give any star but it wouldn't take my review without leaving atleast one. Don't go here to Motley's unless your ready to be ripped off. The owner Gary doesn't do what He says He'll do, and they don't put what you agree to in writing. This leaves them open to run up the bill and do pretty much what ever they want to with your rv.
