Middle Tennessee Appliance Service

I needed my refridgerator repaired. I selected Middle Tennessee Appliance Service first because their $45 service fee was the lowest in town. They were prompt and professional. They arrived on time and were very up front and honest about the repair and cost to me. My refridgerator is like knew again. The total repair was less than a $150 and it runs like a knew one. I would highly recommend this company and i will use this company again for any other repairs that i may need.

I had a representative from this company come and inspect my dishwasher which was not working. I selected Middle Tennessee Appliance because they only charged $45 to visit the home and inspect and then that fee would be applied to the service/parts cost. I was about 99% sure that I knew what needed to be fixed thanks to diagnostics tests in the manual. However, I could not do the parts/labor on my own. MTAS came and agreed with my diagnosis. They said they would call and get the part and call me back to schedule a time to replace. Time went by and finally I left a message asking about their progress. No answer and no return to my voicemail. I left several voicemails asking them to call me back due to the fact that I wanted the $45 applied to a repair or refunded to me. They NEVER returned my voicemails. I had to call another company and pay another fee for them to come inspect/repair. MTAS took my money and never held up to their service standard. I would beware of a company that would do this.
