Merry Maids of Missoula

When Merry Maids first came to my home, they did a great job and I was SO happy. However, after the first three or four times they came, it was consistently fewer people and less and less time spent in my home. I called Alecia and was told by her repeatedly that Merry Maids does it "by the job" whatever that means. She NEVER offered to correct the problem and always made it seem like my dissatisfaction was a result of my not understanding the contract. The last time they came to my house, I went into the master bath that they had just "cleaned" and there were 3 dead flies on the floor. I fired Merry Maids then. Now, just today, I got a call from a collection agency because Merry Maids referred my "case" saying that I owe them $300 because I didn't use their services for 6 months. I am LIVID!! I have NEVER in my life been called by a collection agency. DON'T EVER USE MERRY MAIDS!!!!!
