        I deliver counseling services to adults, adolescents, children, families and couples. I understand that we all need a helping hand from time to time in order to make it through the tough times in life. My approach is direct but empathic. I will assist you in figuring out how to figure out how to get your life back on track. Together we will figure things out. It always helps to be heard and understood.
