Horrible experience from start to finish. His comparable properties were absolute dumps compared to our newly constructed home, his appraisal was challenged multiple times and he continuously sat on the report for months costing us time and lots of money!!!!!! We ended up paying thousands of dollars in rate lock extension fees because of his inability to do his job efficiently. Currently his appraisal is sitting with the Appraisal Review Board at the VA and hopefully they question his ability to perform his job efficiently and FAIR!!!!!!! He really doesn't understand the markets whatsoever and this has been verified by multiple contractors and appraiser we have consulted with since his bogus report.

Completly unprofessional, and a disgrace to the customer service industry. Does not have any urgency to help his clients meet closing deadlines.. Should not take a month to complete your job. Does not support veterans! I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company... No communication skills.... The list goes on and on. Deserves negative stars!

I can t choose zero stars. Total unprofessional. Calls at 4pm asking if he can be here the next day. Tell him I m unavailable until the next week. Thought it was set up for the next Thursday. Said he d call on Wednesday. Finally at 5pm I call him and he says that he can t come til Friday at 11:00 or something like that and he has the nerve to chide me for calling him. Then calls Friday says he s gonna be late by a little bit. 4 hours after the agreed time late. I d rather wait for the cable guy, but out in my neck of the woods there isn t cable. I hope you go out of business. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If your lending institution wants to send this guy, ask for someone else!!
