I was concerned about choosing a contractor because the reason I needed a new roof was because the original was improperly installed. I chose Lyons because of a referral and the attention of care and quality I was proposed. The project manager took care of all my concerns! Great Job!!!

Every person who came to the job site was very courteous and professional, the project managers were stand out employees.

I was satisfied with the price and the no pressure salesman. My only complaint was not receiving a call before the installer arrived.

The work was good my only recommendation was a bit more communication from the time the contract was signed to work start. It was almost 6 weeks lead-time and I had to initiate contact for start. I thought there could have been more communication from their staff whether from rep or office- between the times my deposit was given to the time the crew was to start. I had to initiate communication both times. During the roof work our project manager was a standout employee. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Out of 3 estimates, Lyons was the most knowledgeable and most “customer service” oriented. Despite an initial error in communication regarding a start date- Thank you for a job well done. Lyons Roofing removed old wood shingle roof that was improperly installed 15 years prior. Replaced any damaged wood, replaced A/C duct work improperly installed prior to work. Installed custom shingles with all the trimmings inside of a week. Met with me every step of the way over any item they thought needed attention. They Installed an upgraded drip edge at no additional cost after finding improperly installed fascia boards. Expert crew who kept all areas of the work picked up and clean everyday. Went beyond expectations on a 1921 home that needed a lot of extra attention to detail. I would use them again in a second.

In choosing a roofing contractor I was afraid of getting ripped off since I don’t know anything about fixing a roof. I was afraid of getting told the roof was worse than it really is and having to pay for repairs that were not needed. I chose Lyons based on their reputation and their fair price. I was pleased with the service overall.

Lyons was fair priced and with the 20-year warranty it was an easy choice. I am very pleased with the workmanship, they did an excellent job.
