Whether you are learning how to ride for the first time or are looking for advanced help with an established horse Lindsey is a great teacher. Novice students learn how to take care of, saddle, and ride a horse from beginning to end. Lindsey makes sure that horse and rider are well matched and takes care to teach new students good horsemanship right from the start. She makes sure that her students and horses stay challenged and stimulated and has created obstacles for the horses & riders to learn. These obstacles are an opportunity for horse & rider to learn as a team and establish a deeper more trusting bond. This also helps to keep everybody challenged and looking forward to the next new experience! I would highly recommend Lindsey & Little K Acres!

As a teacher and a mother I can attest to the quality establishment which is little k acres. For years my child has been taking lessons. She is never as happy as when she hops in the car after riding. The little k staff will develop positive self esteem in your child, and guide them to push themselves to their greatest potential. I've never been on a horse yet my child acts as if she were born in the saddle. Love little k, and check out their summer camps too!

Lindsey at Little K Acres does a wonderful job with all ages of students. She herself competes so she knows what it takes to be a good rider. She has a special bond with here horses in training as well as her students. If you are looking for a horse trainer or a riding instructor, she is great!

DO NOT BOARD HERE. This place has no idea how to care for horses. Their turnover rate is constant. The horses are not taken care of and are getting hurt constantly. They use the kids as their own personnel slaves to do the work you are paying for. Several of their horses have been treated for EPM and they never mention that when you sign on for boarding. I have been taking riding lessons at Little K Acres for almost a year now and I have enjoyed every single minute of it. Lindsey and Jay make sure that you are on a horse that fits your experience level and will allow you to advance in your riding skills. They are very patient but are always encouraging you to do things that are new to you. This is by far the best stable that I have taken lessons at and I would never go to another!

I board my horse there and the Hasbrouck family is wonderful with my horse. They treat her as if she was their own. They also make me feel welcome - I can come out any time and I can ride my horse on their acreage. My little boy was afraid at first of the horses and the girls did great with training him...he can even saddle the horse. He is now a pro! Thank you so much for all you do. I was very picky about where I wanted our horse and I feel so good about where she is staying. I highly recommend the boarding and training from the Hasbrouck family. They will not let you down.

My daughter had her first lesson at Lil K Acres this passed Saturday and we loved it. We felt very conferable with the trainer and we cant wait to go back for another lesson. We highly recommended.
