After reading the review of our business in regards to the "gift". We at Lighthouse Entertainment take alot of pride in offering our services and customer satisfaction is always #1. This bride contacted us last week in regards to a video of the reception that we took that we give to all of our brides and grooms as a gift. Once again, we offer this to all of our brides and grooms. To give you an idea, our company performed almost 70 receptions last summer alone. So, if we did not fulfill our word of offering this gift, I believe there would be alot more reviews on this website. We mailed her the video months ago and never heard anything until last week. Now it makes me wonder where this video ended up, did it get lost, the mail system, I dont know. Im sorry that the incident happened, however that is beyond my control. Whoever reviews this review, please keep in mind that we get all videos out within three weeks of your reception. We know how important this is and take great pride in delivering that to you. We are the ONLY company in the Muskegon area that offers the videos. We use high definition cameras with Low Lux Technology to film the video and make sure they turn out great. Please do not judge us by what one person says here as I have 100's of happy clients that would be more than glad to to you. Thank You for your time and understanding in this matter.

HIGHLY DO NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND. They will win your reservation promising all kinds of gifts, which are "at no additional charge", that you base other valuable and important decisions on for your big day. Then, they fail to deliver, even months after the wedding. So sad and disappointed.

They were horrible. put a deposit down over half a year ahead of time to do our wedding. They were impossible to get a hold of and finally canceled a week before the wedding. They now wont even pay back the deposit. Terrible experience!
